Deposits:

Guest credit card is required at time of booking. Cash or money order deposit must be received within 7 days of booking.

• First nights accommodation required at time of booking
   

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation of a booking requires 48 hours notice, which is taken from 12 midday prior to check-in, or the deposit is non-refundable.
  
• If the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of arrival the full accommodation amount is charged as a cancellation fee, if the accommodation is unable to be resold.  
• The 48 hour Cancellation period can be extended if the booking is for more than 1 room or during Holidays or Long Weekends.
• If Bank Cheque or Money Order is used to secure accommodation a $10.00 handling fee is charged prior to the 48 hour period.
• If using a credit card no charge is applicable.
• If paying other than by a credit card authority the first night's accommodation cost is the deposit required.
